Showbert Communications Inc. is a private company, incorporated March 2008 under the Company Act of British Columbia. Its sole business is the ongoing development, integration, and utilization of the Company’s proprietary software to support the functionality, expansion, growth, and financial viability of the Company’s Social Network website, Showbert.com.

Showbert.com is a user-driven Social Network community and communication platform specifically designed for the television (TV) enthusiast. It is a central location on the web where hundreds of millions of TV enthusiasts can meet and interact on a global scale. It’s a place where TV enthusiasts can create user profile pages, download photos, and create custom TV program schedules for their favorite TV shows, and where users can interact and network through blogs, text messaging, and group chats, as well as receive their individually customized TV program scheduling information via their cell phone, Blackberry, or iphone. Showbert.com is where the television and cable networks and related industries can target and appeal to individual viewers directly, using social demographic profiling and through a variety of on-line advertising and sponsorship programs.

For the past 20 months, the Company has worked diligently on the design, architecture, software, and interface for the beta release of Showbert.com which is scheduled to go live in February 2009.

Mr. Ryan Curtis, Director – Founder/Chairman Showbert Communications Inc. Ryan has over 12 years of Information Technology related experience, having held such positions as Product Specialist, Systems/Network Administrator, and Technical Team Lead. Recently completing a 6-year tenure as Senior Support for one of the country’s largest Internet and Cable providers, he brings a heightened understanding of the TV audience and how current technologies can provide an online Social Community for TV enthusiasts.

Mr. Ron Davis, Director – President & CEO Showbert Communications Inc. Ron brings over 30 years of Corporate Development, Finance, and Marketing experience in both private and public companies to Showbert Communications Inc. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Davis was a Director and held the position of President & CEO of the largest Automotive Aftermarket “Portal” on the internet, servicing over 26 million monthly users. In 1998 the company received “Best New Websites Award” from Netscape and in 2000; the company received the “Best New Internet Company of the Year Award” by the Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association (SEMA). From 1992 to 1995 Ron was Director, President & CEO of a computer hardware (Programmable Touchpad Technology) development company. Ron has served on the Board of Directors and in senior executive positions in a variety of developing public and private companies throughout his career.
